Who we are
Our team
We are a team of data experts who are passionate about helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data. Many businesses have siloed data that is not fulfilling its potential, and we can help connect it all together, using cutting-edge techniques and tools to answer your most pressing commercial questions.
Alexander Miller-Bakewell
Alexander has been working with web-based technologies for a couple of decades, building websites and finding ways to get systems to talk to each other, either through existing APIs or custom built connectors. His work often involves integrating AI processes and crafting custom tech stacks that make a tangible difference in how businesses operate.
Alexander’s commitment to innovation and his knack for simplifying complex tech make him an invaluable part of our team, helping clients and colleagues alike to navigate the ever-changing digital landscape with ease.
When extricated from the sanctuary of his computer screens, he enjoys normal human activities and, to his surprise, spending time with his family.
Edmund Jenkinson
Ed’s arsenal of skills includes advanced data visualisation, relational database management, product development, project management, and a proven ability to lead both teams and technology initiatives to success.
Before his current role, Ed shaped the digital landscape at TUI as the App Analytics Manager, where he led transformational strategic projects to drive enhanced audience insight and embed a data-driven culture within the app team. His prior tenure at Chelsea Football Club as a Senior Business Analyst saw him develop a rich suite of bespoke data dashboards and forward-thinking analytical initiatives, amplifying the club’s digital presence.
Ed’s career is marked by a consistent drive to optimise digital user experiences and to implement and operationalise result-focused analytics that inform and elevate digital products and marketing campaigns.
When liberated from his professional commitments, Ed enjoys working on his as-yet-untitled debut novel and watching F1 cars toil fruitlessly in alleged pursuit of Max Verstappen.
JUD-E
One of our goals at Joined-up Data is to free up a firm’s employees from the drudgery of tasks that could and should be automated, allowing their skills and knowledge to be put to better use. We’ve found it helpful to give many of those automations names: Someone to delegate to, someone to direct, someone to thank.
For us, JUD-E performs this role, taking care of automated administrative tasks such as categorising emails, summarising meetings, and keeping the contact lists clean—so it only seemed fair to include them on the team page.
